The Satanic Verses

I have not found any topics on this amazing, yet unsettling novel. I remember when it was written and all the hullabaloo around it. Personally I found it to be a heavy read but very satisfying. Salman Rushdie surely pushed the boundaries when he wrote it. I have not read any of his other works. They are on my list.
