Thanks everyone.
And the names of the 4 that are read:
Completely Smitten
Dream Daddy
Forgiving
Whirlwind Baby
Nothing to hard on the brain...those are some other books that I'm reading for other challenges!

I'm sharing the ticker on several sites/threads, so need to remember to stop by here and post what counted - for what is now 10 ROOT books.
And books 5 through 10 are:
Women on the Brink an ARC from librarything. If you get a chance, get a copy - it's really good!
A Place Called Home
And from the Bastion Club series, four of my own ROOTs:
The Lady Chosen
A Gentleman's Honor
To Distraction
Beyond Seduction

Another catchup entry
A Compromised Lady another regency romance
Marriage by the Book contemporary romance, each was given a "how to date" book by relatives, and they consult it regularly to figure out romance!
The Hostage and The Mistress both by Susan Wiggs in the Chicago fire trilogy series. Historical American romances set during the Chicago fire. (Touchstones not linking - figured it out!)
Beauty Shop Tales light romance set in small town Florida
The Charm School, The Horsemaster's Daughter and Halfway to Heaven Calhoun series historical American fiction set in the later 1880's. The books stand alone, so don't need to read them in order
The Golden Son is an early reviewer's book that followed a boy from India pursuing his residency in the US & is torn about staying in the US, or returning to his hometown in India.

Continuing to move along with over 50% of goal done and it's only April! Of course, that means the ABC TBRs (aka the books that others gave me) is woefully behind for 2016
A Summer Affair is from a Susan Wiggs series that was pleasantly done

>16 nancynova: Yeah for passing the halfway point!

Far along in my ROOT challenge (up to 37/50), but alas very delinquent in the ABC TBR set tracked in another challenge. Only 25/75 in that one. So ROOTS will dip a bit, while I catch that one up!
20nancynova
Continuing to pick up my own ROOTs at the expense still of the ABC TBRs.
Will eventually catch up the touchstones. About 2 months behind on that

Great with almost meeting target with my own tomes. Lousy with meeting target with books registered by others.
Finishing out April:
Halfway to Heaven
A Summer Affair
The Runaway Jury
To Tame a Proud Lady
Together Again

July is another 3 of mine, which pushes the ladybug to almost done.

Good for this challenge - not so good for the ABC TBRs which is sadly lagging far behind.

>26 nancynova: It's hard to keep a balance between two challenges. Good luck in August.

My goal ROOTS are done, but that doesn't mean that another of my own ROOTS won't sneak into the pile anyway.
Rocket Boys also published as October Sky (anagram of rocket boys and the movie's title) was quite good.

I loved Rocket Boys, it is one of the very few books that have actually made me cry.
