My China: A Feast for All the Senses af Kylie Kwong
A combination of a travel account, personal journey and cook book - it's a good read (ties in with the television series), beautiful photographie and the recipes are doable, even if you're not Chinese.
Good reference for cooking Chinese and Chinese-inspired food. I enjoy her cooking show and actually got to see her at the Australian Embassy in Washington, DC. Very cool.
