This is an interesting book to share in a science class to learn about what certain animals eat. ( ) I read this book to my students and again to my niece and nephew. All of them really enjoyed this book. The bright colors and large illustrations caught their eyes immediately. The flip out pages was the highlight of the page turning. Each of them had many questions about the animals and was excited to guess what the next animal would be. This book is engaging and I enjoyed it. . This is a children's non-fictional text. It tells how much food different animals can eat in one bite. This is a children's non-fiction text. It deals with how much food different animals can eat in one bite. The author also gives a life size/ visual representation of actual bites taken by the animals in the book. I think this book would be great when covering a unit on animals and their habitats.
