This book is appropriate for kindergarten through second grade. It tells the story of a little bunny who's school day is canceled due to the snow. The mom and bunny deal with not being able to do normal things such as go to the store or pick up the bunny's dad from the airport. ( )

The Snow Day is all about a bunny having fun in the snow with not having to worry about school. Unfortunately, the bunny's dad can't come home if its snowing. The snow finally stops and the bunny enjoys one last night with snow waiting for its dad.

This book has great illustrations. It has very simple writing on each page. This book is about a boy and his mom. School is cancelled and all he wants to do is go outside but his mom does not let him until it stops snowing.
