Cole is a werecat, the owner of The Cat House, a weres friendly nightclub. His business partner Layla is trying to matchmake him with another female werecat but the same night a murder happens in the nightclub and Cole meets Alan, the detective in charge of the case. Even if Alan, new in town, was informed that in the city there are things that go bump in the night, he still doesn't believe in paranormal. And so when he meets Cole, and feels their undeniable attraction, he thinks that it's only a temporary madness case on his own.

Alan is unable to deny Cole and Cole is like a big can on hunt: he smells the prey and he will stop in front of nothing to have him. Even if Alan is the bigger in body, Cole with his feline grace and his wicked behavior is far more dangerous.

The story is short, less than 40 pages, but it's very erotic and enjoyable. It's a delight to read of the hunting mission of Cole, of how he manages to corner, conquest and devour poor "little" Alan; the man has no chance to resist. Cole's behavior is like that of a cat: even if he is not big in body, he is lethal, and he knows that. And also in the sexual relationship with Alan, he is the top dog... pardon, cat; but like a cat, when he has finished to ravish Alan, he is all purr and cuddles.

Very interesting short series; the first book was a menages between a human male and two werecats, a male and a female. This one is a male/male relationship between a human and a werecat... probably the next will be Layla's story?
