supposedly this was the book that made me realize that i wanted to be a librarian, according to my mother (i don't really remember that--i remember having a conversation with a friend on the way to talk our Spanish fluency exams but anyway...) this series of career guide books is great because it starts out with interests and lists different careers--what different kind of jobs there are in those careers, what kind of education they require, what types of things you do, etc. I have a couple of editions of at least a few of these books so obviously they are good (or i was confused, undecided, or couldn't find my first copy...)
