The dialogue between the two best friends is the highlight of this book. HIL.AR.IOUS! It is pure perfection!

As deusas Hera, Atena e Vênus entraram na Guerra de Troia, presenciando uma devastação sem precedentes. Tudo por causa dos tolos egos masculinos. O pior de tudo é a presença do belo e arrogante Aquiles, o lendário guerreiro grego, cujos poderes o fizeram praticamente indestrutível. Para acabar com a Guerra, elas precisam achar uma maneira de detê-lo. No entanto, a única maneira de cessar sua sede de batalha é encontrar algo que o distraia. Algo muito mais prazeroso que o mero combate. Kat é uma bela garota do século XXI. Para as deusas, ela seria perfeita para seduzir Aquiles e, assim, impedir a invasão grega. Quando ela e sua amiga, Jacky, morrem em um acidente de carro ao saírem de uma festa, as deusas transportam seus espíritos para os corpos de uma princesa de Troia e de sua serva. Conseguirá Kat acalmar a épica raiva de Aquiles? Conseguirá fazê-lo retirar-se, junto com seus Mirmidões, do campo de batalha, dando, assim, um fim ao cerco a Troia?

I'm happy to say it seems like this series is getting back on track for me. I really enjoyed the fact that we stayed primarily with Katerina's point of view throughout the story instead of switching back and forth from character to character. But then one person narrative is a personal preference of mine.
Anyway, even though I'm not a big fan of the Trojan war myths, I found myself enjoying the characters and world Cast built here. She had quite a few interesting spins on some of the old myths surrounding the war that I really enjoyed. I thought that Kat and especially Achilles should've been a bit more developed as they felt a bit flat to me. (
