This book would have been a lifesaver trying to write fanfic in the 90s, before there was Memory Alpha. It's still a lot of fun now! I'll enjoy using it as a casual reference if I ever write fic—or just to flip through. This is a companion work to the First Edition of the Star Trek Chronology. The Encyclopedia expands upon that earlier work with character biographies and with far more details than Chronology could provide. The First Edition is lovingly crafted in paperback form with B&W photos, high quality B&W graphics, and bright white paper. Unlike the infamous Second Edition, the starship class diagrams in this First Edition were neither scaled wrong nor were any flipped upside down. Definitely for a hard core fan! This is a great reference book oozing with minutia and detail from all aspects Star Trek.movies and television shows. Perfect for finding out about weapons, ships, characters food and more. If you are a Star Trek fan you will be pleased to have this one in your librarry. ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
