This book is perfect for primary readers. It includes a positive message about being unique and making the world a better place, leaving it better than you found it. It can be used during a science lesson or when teaching about social justice. I also think that it has a lot of pictures for kids to look at and dissect. It is easy to read and not very text heavy. Fairly cute book. Full of wisdom for little minds-although it does seem a bit contrived and forced. It is interesting to have the painted fish with a background of real oceans and other scenes. It adds an interesting dimension. ( )
