The plot leaves a lot to be desired. Many of the characters feel like cardboard cut outs, two dimensional representations of their actual selves. Set ups and clues were sparse, if this were a mystery. It purports to be, though fails at that. Action is described though could definitely use more details to grant the reader a better feel of the activity. Connections between the sections are loose and tenuous at best. Right now, the only thing saving the book from falling into the "not worth it" category is that a lot of the information holds to the original publications of the White Wolf roleplaying game. Revisions and changes made some details off point, but most are still true.
Its a meh. Not recommended, but not trash heap either. (
