I read all this author's books when I was young, maybe even before the first series on TV aired. I appreciate them more now. This one was pretty good and I can picture the vets doing stuff now. When I was young it was a bit too descriptive, but I like it now. ( ) One of my all time favorites. I love the depiction of a slower pace of life, the scenes of caring for animals, and the vivid description of the people he encountered. He also waxes poetic about the countryside and I love those parts too. Picking one of this series up is like having a gentle breeze wash over you and blow some of the craziness of life away. ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
