The first sees Jane teaming up with Doctor Strange and several other superheroes whose day jobs include medicine to go on a mission to save Death from... death. The second sees Jane's Valkyrie facing down Thor and Loki's eldest brother who has unleashed a power that will destroy all life everywhere. Not a bad set of story arcs but I didn't love it as much as the first volume. However, the hints that we'll see more Loki in the third volume has me ready to read more. ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse

So, yeah, it's all mopey and gloomy and deathy -- little wonder it was canceled after ten issues -- but Jane Foster makes for a wonderful traveling companion on even the bleakest of roads. I hope to see her starring in her own title again in the future. ( )
