This gets rounded up to a three star rating, but it’s not quite a three star rating. The book was really good in some parts, but it was also really bad in some parts.

I like the idea of what these guys are. They are a group of ex military men who work for a moving company. One day, one of the employees thwarts a robbery and gets put on TV. And after that, the business for the moving company starts to takeoff because the guys are seen as heroes. At that point, an up-and-coming PR specialist decides to take them on as her clients. She falls in love with the head guy of the company despite her promises to never again become involved with somebody she works with.

Naomi and Reid were a cute enough couple. They have their ups and downs. They both fought against the relationship. But at the end of the day they fell more and more for each other and couldn’t stay away. Some of the fights they had seemed pretty contrived and didn’t really make a lot of sense other than as a plot device. And the love scenes were strangely a bit cringe worthy. But despite all that, the story was interesting and I’m really interested in the upcoming books in the series. I’ve gotten kind of invested in these characters. So I will continue for now. ( )

Reid Griffith is a former marine and he sets up a moving business in order to help his brother Cash. He creates Vets on the Go! and makes his brother partner. In so doing, Reid is able to help other former servicemen. He hires a PR rep, Naomi Starr to help the company's image reach the community.

Naomi certainly needs the business. Having lost her previous job - and her lover - she knows that if she does a good job with this company that her business just might thrive. Although she and Reid share an instant attraction from the very first glance, Naomi is determined to never again mix business with pleasure.

Reid is great, through-and-through. He has a business acumen all on his own, but his desire to help Cash and others show his selfless nature. I really got Naomi. Her ex, in work and in life, did her wrong, and guarding her heart when it came to Reid made perfect sense. However, they can only fight so long before they realize that they are perfect for one another.

What a great start to a new series. Not only is the romance intense, but the family ties are so impressive. Brotherly love is clear throughout. There is also the delicate relationship that Reid and Cash have with their mother that took this book to another level.

I have already read the next two books in the series, Smooth Moves and Handle with Care. They are all very well done, and could do okay as standalones. But the family connection is very powerful and I think readers will enjoy reading all three. ( )

When they set out to make a difference, neither had any idea of the impact it would have on their individual lives. Harte is back with a steamy new series to heat up the bookshelves, straight from the heart. The Whole Package makes all the right moves to get under your skin. Reid's heart is in the right place when he hatches a plan to help former vets adjust to life outside the service. His idea may be great, but he needs more than that to turn it into a realistic goal. Enter Naomi Starr, his greatest professional asset, but a TKO to his heart. Could a match made in PR heaven, be a perfect fit of the heart? ( )

I really liked the concept of Reid and his brother, Cash's business. A moving company that hires veterans. Instantly, I was rooting for the brothers. Although, I will admit that Cash won me over first before Reid. This is because Cash has a more outgoing personality. While, this story is Reid and Naomi's story, I was glad to see Cash featured as well. While, I may not have enjoyed this book, I do want to read Cash's story.

The reason that I struggled with this book is because I had trouble finding a deep emotional connect towards Reid and Naomi. Additionally, if you have read many romance stories; this book follows the same layout...guy meets woman...guy and woman fall for each other and hook up...there are troubled waters...guy and woman make up and find their happy ending. Not that there is anything wrong with this storyline. I love a great romance story. Just for this to work, you have to find that close connection towards the characters. I felt like I did not get the "whole package" as it was missing some key elements for me. ( )

Rcvd an ARC at no cost to author..(netgalley) I love Marie Hart and I enjoyed this book as I did her others.. We meet the Vets on the go when Cash and Hector are captured beating the crap out of some thieves and they were on t.v. and Reid is having a fit til he sees segmant and there business is taking off. Here comes Naomi who is a PR rep and just opened up her new PR firm since her exboyfriend fires her when she started to do better than him and she needs the business and she is going to go after Vet on the go. When Reid and Naomi take a look at each other they are instantly attracted and who wouldn't like a hot Marine?..Fun book, Enjoy! ( )
