This is a cool book that you could use to teach about odd and even number. Its engaging and kind of, would you say odd. I think that this is a book I would want in my future class room. Overall loved this book.

Just like the even book, this book takes you through the day with the boy talking all about odd numbers, from his alarm clock to at the end in class talking about odd numbers. I like these books because it shows using odd numbers in your everyday life. ( )

This was an amazing and hilarious book that very much described the concept that it set out to explore. I sincerely appreciate the humor that the author put into this book and the hilarious accompanying visuals made me smile. The illustrations were extremely detailed and I appreciate aspects like the alarm clock having eyes and the shadows of odd numbers. One odd day follows a young boy who wakes up to find the most random things have odd numbers! From his three armed shirt to the calendar with only odd days. The book reinforces the concept repeatedly and makes for a memorable experience. Just went the boy thinks that life is going to get back to normal he wakes up to find that his next day is all about EVENS! I would highly recommend this book to any math teacher introducing the concept of even and odd. ( )

In this book we are introduced with the math concept of odd numbers. A little boy wakes up to find everything around him is odd. He thinks when he gets to school things will get better, but it gets worse! This book is really fun and it's a rhyming book too! It reminded me a lot of Math Curse, but it wasn't as fun. It was an OK book to introduce odd numbers, not my favorite. I am sure there are better out there. ( )
