In episode five of The Flesh Cartel, Nikolai is well on his way to undermining the bond between Mat and Dougie, but theres still a long road ahead. Training slaves is a process full of setbacks, and with these two, the situation is more complex and precarious than usual. Walking the line with Mat is especially challenging. Too severe a hand leaves him fearful, even broken, but too light a touch leaves him disobedient and full of fury. Dougie, on the other hand, wants desperately to end his suffering and loneliness and fear. But his unwillingness to disappoint his brother means he cant bring himself to submit. Controlling Mat with pain alone is futile, so Nikolai must take a defter route by decoding Mats deeper desires: why does he fight, and why does he want so badly to win? By contrast, Dougie may need a firmer touch than the pleasure and affection Nikolai has so far shown him. To convince Dougie of how much he stands to gain by giving all of himself to Nikolai, he must first teach him how much more he has left to lose.… (mere)

The books i Read! The books i Read!

Fuck.... Fuckity.....Fuck.... Mind Fuck Fuckery on another Fucking level.

This series is so morally wrong, if the world was to end today, I would have a first class ticket to Purgatory. Even while there i will continue to read until i get to meet Nikolai in HELL!

He tortures Dougie and then goes and says something like this: WTF?

“I know it’s hard, Douglas. I know exactly how very, very hard it is. I was like you once, you know. A young orphaned boy, all alone, afraid, no one to love me but a man I hardly knew, a man who frightened me terribly. But he only ever wanted to help me, to care for me, to love me and teach me and prepare me for the world. All I had to do was trust him. Can you trust me, Douglas? Will you let me take care of you? Let me prepare you for the world? Let me love you?”

Nikolai is a fucking sociopath, I Loathe him, aaaaaand wait for it for some unknown reason i am starting to like the guy.. Huh!

At the moment i am not liking Dougie, Matt on the other hand is my hero. Hang in there Matt soon we will Kill them all.

On to the next, let's see how Nikolai is going to fuck my mind next.

These talented, twisted authors have me hoping, not for freedom or salvation, but for Mat and Dougie to give in…to submit. So, who here has been altered? The characters or the reader?

This serial, then, is the difference between reading about a mindfuck and being mindfucked. And I can't get enough.

THE CHARACTERS

Mat - Oh how nice, Mat finds his joy! Beware Mat, of masters bearing gifts.

He drew a shoddy picture of Nikolai’s face, stuck it to the heavy bag with some of the tape he’d been given for his hands, and beat the shit out of it…But he felt better.

Dougie - Poor Dougie. His is not pleasure or pain, but pleasure and shame.

And surely he must want it on some level, or his body wouldn’t be behaving like this, right?

Nikolai - Dare I say it again? I love Nikolai. I do. I love to hate him. He’s just the best. He’s crazy. He really does want his slaves to be happy. It’s so easy. Don’t you see? Just do what the nice, well dressed man wants. It’s easier. Hehe, haha!

”Perhaps you need to reconsider what it means to win here,…”

THE STORY

In episode 5, 5 really? Only 5? Whew!

Dougie receives constant, endless pleasure and humiliation. Mat receives thoughtful gifts and insight. Nikolai just keeps getting exactly what he wants. And it makes the most fascinating read to see him getting it.

THE WRITING

While Mat may have found a chink in Nikolai’s armor (yes, that's a teaser), there are none in this story. It just keeps whipping along brilliantly. Again, flawless.

This is a serial release:

First Season - Damnation
The Flesh Cartel #1: Capture
The Flesh Cartel #2: Auction

Second Season - Fragmentation
The Flesh Cartel #3: Choices
The Flesh Cartel #4: Consequences
The Flesh Cartel #5: Wins & Losses

**Per Riptide Publishing - Reader discretion advised. This title contains the following sensitive themes: explicit violence,non-consent

Fair warning, this is NOT MM Romance. This is a psycho-sexual thriller which includes rape and torture. Please proceed with that in mind.
