Simple breathing techniques, mantra, and visualization practices activate the mind's healing power and cultivate inner peace. Like a good friend, Hidden Mind counsels us to take better care of ourselves, points out where to discover new meaning in life, and promotes inner confidence so we may help others. This is a book that I intend to reread almost immediatly. It is short, well written, very instructive, full of insight, simple yet with a great depth. Broken down into very small chapters of just a few minutes of reading, this book offers kernals of wisdom that lead one down the path of Tibetan buddism. Each of these chapters quickly makes clear a major point of buddism, but one can ponder the details of that same few pages for days or probably years and never get the full import of it. This IS Tibetean Buddism. Clarifies the tenents of the religion, meditation, ONEness of the world and reality, immersing oneself in that oneness, realizing the nature of self and erasing the illusion of self, the mind and emotions, by breath, mantra, dreams, meditation and compassion. Excellent especially for it simple clarity and depth. ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
