The book Investigating Heat would be a useful resource to use when researching temperature. Chapter one starts off explaining what heat is and how we measure it. Then it moves on to what makes heat. This chapter breaks it down to the Atom and gives an experiment you can try to see how the molecules in hot water are moving faster. There are also some experiments in chapter 4 that can be easily implemented into a classroom lesson. Chapter 5 and the movement of heat also has experiments to conduct. It would be fun to have a temperature class party and put some of these experiments to good use. ( ) ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
The sun, furnaces, and ovens all make heat. But have you ever watched matter expand when it is heated? Or seen how different kinds of matter conduct heat? Now you can! Explore heat with the fun experiments you'll find in this book. As part of the Searchlight Books(tm) collection, this series sheds light on a key science question―How Does Energy Work? Hands-on experiments, interesting photos, and useful diagrams will help you find the answer! Ingen biblioteksbeskrivelser fundet. |
