Hortense wakes up one morning to discover that people are talking about her. She spends her day trying to figure it out, all while getting herself worked up into a tizzy. She finds that there was nothing to be upset about when her friends throw her a party!

Hortense the raccoon wakes up with the uncomfortable feeling that someone was talking about her. This goes on all day, in all her encounters with friends. She can't understand it until she goes home that night and hears talking and laughing coming from her house. A surprise birthday party! ( )
