W. W. Wiersbe's two volume commentary on the Bible is compiled from his "Be" series of books and if you have read any of them then you will find in these two volumes the same easy to read style. If you were to buy his complete set of "Be" books you would have an extensive library and be many dollars / pounds out of pocket, this two volume set will save hundreds and also much space on your bookshelves, it also comes with a very handy CD.
I own and have read a number of his "Be" books and while they are convenient to carry around and for taking to group studies I wish I had access to these two volumes years ago. Despite owning around a dozen of the "Be" books, it was well worth the outlay to purchase the complete set in just two books, plus that CD is worth the money without the books in hardback format, it's also much lighter!
I would reccomend this set to any Christian, whether still on the milk of the Word or having graduated to the strong meat of the Word, he writes in such a manner that they would benefit all Christians. ( )
