When they collect what they need, they surface and store their findings to be sent to a lab. This is a great book for children to learn about new sea creatures. This book could also be used in a group project or research about the sea. This book explores the ocean finding different marine life as a submersible goes down through different ocean zones such as the sunlight zone, the twilight zone, and the dark zone. Learing about the different species, children will be able to understand why certain fish have adaptaions.
