What fun! Slightly "off" family involved in the antique business. Truly silly fun. Great recreational series. (

Brandy and Vivian Borne are at it again, investigating a murder in their small Iowa town. By this time Brandy is seven months into her surrogate pregnancy. Vivian is off her meds for her mental problems, and Brandy can't have her Prozac. Like mother, like daughter! Except, wait, Vivian is really Brandy's grandmother. And the murder victim was trying to blackmail several people to keep her from revealing Brandy's real father's name. This is a fun, quick read, and I think it's the best book yet in this series. Keep them coming, Max and Barbara, aka Barbara Allan. (
