Dutch cataloging question

Do I know any Dutch catalogers who can tell me what the subject terms "vtr," "vth" and "vge" mean?
Examples:
650 $a Wetenschapsfilosofie $9 vtr
650 $a Kunst $9 vth
650 $a Engeland $9 vth
They occur in 650s subfield 9, in association with Dutch/Flemish subjects. The V probably stands for Vlaams, or whatever. They must be some subject system, but I can't find them on the LC's "Subject Heading and Term Source Codes", or anywhere.

Going at it linguistically, and a bit of Google searchwork, I could suggest it as v for voornaamst = main/primary, and then: tr = trefwoorden (keywords), th = thema (themes/topics), which tie to the examples you've got, and then would it follow that ge = genre?
I found some records online that had similar jtr/jth/jge so they could also use j for jeugd = lesser/secondary, to sit alongside/under vtr/vth/vge.
The above is all a heap of guesswork though! Hopefully some expertise can confirm/clarify.

Further digging found the following upload which mentions the codes (a .docx file, edit: in Dutch):

Thanks. Someone on twitter wrote that they must have come from the source you mention—the Flemish Union Catalog, or other Flemish sources.

But if I remember correctly, ‘vtr’ stands for ‘volwassenen trefwoord’, so adult keyword (for non-fiction), and ‘vth’ is ‘volwassenen themawoord’, so adult theme word (for fiction)." That's helpful knowing that these are all linked. At this point all I really need to know is the name o of the SYSTEM these all belong to. There are many such systems—Library of Congress Subject Headings, etc. But I can't find whwat these might be.
