Hi friends! My library is a hot mess express at the moment, full of books that have been read and books to be read. I joined this group mainly to catalog my collection. My dream is to own enough books to fill an entire room (or home) and have my own library sanctuary full of old and new books. How awesome would it be to have one of those rolling ladders too!? My Pinterest page is full of recipes and at-home libraries. Some of my favorite genres of books include literary fiction, romance, general fiction, historical fiction, and autobiographies.

I am a 30ish year old female from Minnesota. My cat, Sir Benjamin, and myself like to hang out but he does not allow me to read books. Therefore, I go to cafes, restaurants, bars, breweries, parks to enjoy a book. I have always been an avid reader, thanks to my sister who taught me to read at 5 years old! My Family was always a book family, and I begged my sister to teach me so I could be a part of the cool crowd. Once I learned to read, my mother would take me to the bookstore and say "I will never say no to books". Well, that was a mistake on her part! I would leave the bookstore, books held in my arms stacked so high it towered over my head. Not much has changed, my mother still sometimes buys me books and I usually leave a bookstore with my arms full and a big ol' smile spreading across my face.

I work as an RN in the mental health field, currently in grad school for my PMHNP (psych nurse practitioner). During the minimal free time I have, I have been spending reading books. It has been my default for down-time and I am grateful for the time I do have.
