About Me

I am a Geek. I will freely admit it. I like Computers, Books, Star Wars, SF&F, gadgets and gizmos. I consider myself a functional Geek, though. I am able to blend in with the rest of society for the most part. :)

I became an avid reader when I picked up my jr high school's copy of The Hobbit. I was hooked. I was that kid at night with the sheet over my head, reading by flashlight. I couldn't put it down.

I devoured any SF&F book I could get my hands on all the way through high school. College slowed me down some but I still read persistently.

I still have a large list of books I want to read but don't go through them as fast as I once did. My Read list probably only covers about half the books I have read in my lifetime. Every once in awhile I'll come across and say hey I remember that book!
