Almost all my books are audiobooks borrowed from about 6 libraries I belong to, accumulated through moves I've made in the past 20 years. I was an early member of Audible and still occasionally take out a membership through Amazon. I love the performance element of the audiobook.
The first part of my library on Library Thing was imported from Shelfari, where I used to record what I read in the early 2000s. There is a big gap between about 2008 and 2018 when I stopped recording.

I am retired after a career in public relations, publishing and journalism. I live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.
I've had many different eras in my reading life, such as English and Japanese (in English) classics; Australian, American and Canadian literature; women's studies; self-help; and currently romance where I'm working my way through the multitude of sub-genres.
