Surprised by how much I loved this. He's an excellent storyteller and you can't help but hear his voice as you read. I am now a lifelong Seth Rogen fan.
Hovering around 3.75 ⭐️s here but overall a really entertaining book.
Basically this is a book of stories from Seth Rogen’s life. There are plenty of cringe worthy moments that I felt could’ve easily been left out that I didn’t find funny or insightful or even remotely entertaining. There were also a couple of times that Rogen took the opportunity to get political, which, hey, is his right I guess, considering it’s his book, but it did irritate me. More often than not, though, I not only laughed out loud, but I laughed so hard I teared up. When a book can make me laugh that hard I have to bump up the rating!… (mere)

As you'd expect lots of funny stories and observations. Lots of drugs. Includes interesting stories about some famous people. Worth a listen.
