Not bad, bu tI think Lance may need to slow down and think thorugh his writing. I did not find the last couple of his books as satrisfying or proividing data and new thoguhts as his first couple. It coudl also have been presentd just as a weel as a series of articles in one of hte modeling magazine.

Perhaps some good ideas, but it looks like it was put together by several middle school students each using different layout and typography guidelines. Very difficult to pick out the important material form the filler. The figures do not illustrate the point in many cases.

Not much new here is you have followed Lance's Web site and articles, as well as articles by others on current thoughts in operations.
