p. 270-271 SEL 1995 - Area between the two asterisks, complete nonsense. Not physical Anthropologist but Coon believed it when book pub. SEL It is about the possibility of multiple primates giving rise to humans - ironically - at this time (2013) evidence is mounting that just exactly might have happened.… (mere)

This book is well out of date. The issues that it raises have, for the moment, been mostly settled. Except for child pornography, there is little pornography that cannot be published with impunity.
It is true that books are stilled banned or attempted to be banned, but these attempts result from protests by individuals and small groups for the most part. At any rate, as I said, the book is out of date and the parade has moved on. The book can only be recommended as an historical document.
