This book is based on being a Zookeeper. It explains some of the duties that Zookeepers are responsible for handling. Being a Zookeeper holds a lot of responsibility. During story time or before a trip to the zoo, this book would be excellent and very informational for those who are interested in animals.

This book provides children a general and basic job description for a librarian. It mentions that librarians enjoy not only working with books but also working with people. The book lists several responsibilities of a librarian such as helping people find the books they want, choosing books for the library, explaining things to people, and so on.

It also shows some examples of librarians like a librarian who works in a hospital and helps doctors and nurses find information, a children’s librarian who often reads out loud for children, and a librarian who works in a school or college library.

The book is suitable for kindergarteners. It has only a few pages. It has simple language and full-page photographs of libraries, librarians, and library users so that children can easily understand. The text is easy for children to read, for it is large and bold. The colourful photographs look appealing to young readers.

To sum up, the book gives children an opportunity to learn more about a librarian, and it explains what a librarian does quite clearly.
