I actually read and finished this in about an hour and a half. Good, but there really is only one point, expanded. It could have been a blog post.

The book covers a discussion of the anatomy and physiology of breathing in a cursory fashion. They then explain the method and benefit of natural breathing, which is a more relaxed and slower breathing. The author then provides a series of breathing exercises. The focus is actually more on relaxation.
