Never heard of this woman before picking up this book. Still don't feel like I know much about her, and I certainly don't care to learn more. English people do awful things to her and her family. She and her pirates do awful things in return. The storytellers tried to make it more interesting by skipping around in time, but I found that technique just plain annoying in this instance. This book suffers from being neither good history or a good story.
