I would have liked to know more about how Linn came to live with her grandparents for so many years before finally going to live with her mother as a teenager. The idea that the grandmother did not want to deal with Linn's growing into a teenager who attracts boys and that was the reason she was sent to live with her mother was kind of hard to believe. You'd think the grandmother, having raised her, would have had a hard time giving her up to her mother. But then again, this is a teen romance and they only have so many pages to get the story across.
I did like the romance in this one. I liked how Linn tackled her new life away from the farm including the mice in the attic. The romance was sweet and enjoyable.… (mere)
