I found this to not have very much depth, yet it was a pretty light book to read to get an overview of business. As an ex microsoft person, i could relate to quite a lot of the details mentioned.

Bick, Julie. All I Really Need to Know in Business I Learned at Microsoft. Pocket Books, New York, 1997. Entertaining anecdotes. Not a lot of depth; however, with the amount of business knowledge I have, I found it to be quite educational.
