Mindy Kaling is one of the smartest, funniest, and most honest people working in entertainment today. This book is a series of hilarious essays/thoughts on different topics, and it was just what the doctor ordered after a stressful month. While I didn't enjoy it quite as much as [b:Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?|10335308|Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns)|Mindy Kaling|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1443264638s/10335308.jpg|15237902], I had several laugh out loud moments and read it in just a couple of sittings. Highly recommended if you enjoy Kaling's humor. ( ) With the exception of the chapter about a speech at Harvard Law, I loved this book. I think Mindy Kaling is very funny and she seems like a totally normal person. Her writing style is very conversational and I feel like I just had lunch with her where she told me all these funny and smart things. She talks about relationships, confidence, weight & body image, careers, and lots of her advice is great. I want her to write a romance novel, I want her to give advice to young women everywhere, and I totally want to hang out with her. ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
