A really engaging read. It is great to see a lot of the character view points merge and intersect. Enjoying that a lot of the set up in the first book, and a lot of the events too, are being concluded. Good to see many of the earlier mysteries coming to light and unfolding the story. ( )

Took me a week and a half to finish this and I think that's the slowest I've read a book this year. Not because I hated it, but because I was sick and didn't have the energy to read. Still, I prefer finishing books in a few days, because otherwise you get thrown out of the story and forget what has happened.

I liked it, but didn't love it as much as the first two books. By this one everyone is just dying horribly, or getting tortured and crippled, and well ... it wasn't that fun to read about. Tbf at this point you're hating most of the characters anyway, so it's not like it's a terrible thing that they're dying and suffering, but it's still not the most fun you can have reading.

Not sure if I'll read the sequel series. I kinda want to, but they're not available at the library so I'd have to buy it and I'm not sure I care enough to do that. ( )
