Oh my goodness. I need the right time to do this in storytime. It's SUCH a great book! I truly love how it is an English/Spanish read and not just a different language word here and there. The illustrations are also a thing of beauty. ( )

This poetic story about butterflies lets the reader know about the butterflies journey and what it has to go through. The illustrations in the book are very vivid and crate an image of these butterflies coming the life, not just on a page. Younger students would enjoy having this book read to them before a science lesson on migration or even before learning about different insects. The Spanish and English text allows two different audiences to enjoy the same story which could be read to ELL students. ( )
