Twin sisters pull off a daring identity switch in this contemporary classic from the #1 New York Times bestselling author of the Sisterhood series. Atlanta police detective Aggie Jade is still recovering from the raid that nearly killed her and took the life of her partner and former boyfriend. Though she's not ready to hit the streets again, she's desperate to hunt down the cop killers who shattered her world. But there's only one person who can help her in her quest for vengeance--her identical twin sister. Lizzie Jade is as flashy and fiery as Aggie is quiet and conservative--and the high-rolling Vegas gambler loves a challenge. But the gutsy charade gets complicated when sexy investigative reporter Nathan Hawke senses something different about the new Aggie, especially since she suddenly isn't shying away from his flirtations. As they join forces to uncover a web of lies and corruption, Lizzie finds herself giving in to his charms. But how can she confess that she's not who he thinks she is? And how can she let herself fall in love when she and her twin might have to run for their lives? With her signature "real and endearing" (Los Angeles Times) prose and plenty of electrifying suspense, Fern Michaels delivers another unforgettable romantic thriller.… (mere)

Another really great read by Fern Michaels. This is the story of twin sisters who change places to get the bad cops. Their challenges and adventures in this pursuit make this book a real page turner. ( )

Beginning OK, ending OK. Middle dragged. Book was quite unrealistic. ( )

This book was entertaining. However I did find find several errors in the book and sometimes the storyline did not make sense. At one point the author calls one of the twins by the wrong name and then in the next paragraph uses the correct name. I did not look for errors but these kind of jump out at you. Also there were times when the storyline seemed contrived almost like filler in the story to increase the size of the book. I did like the book, but its not something to get immersed in more like a cheap thrill. ( )

I loved this book. The story kept right along moving. It was interesting to see how the story would unfold. ( )
