Ahead of its time in may ways, but at least half the nutrition advice is pseudoscience at best. And I most certainly will not be taking his advice on enemas, lol. ( ) From Omnivore to Fruitarian in seven short years, this is the journey that mr. gregory discribes, as he went from 288 lbs to less than 100 lbs and for which he replied "I've lost so much weight that nonviolence is no longer a tactic its a necessity"....yep he's funny and irreverent as ever. He gives very good advice on how to gain weight and how to lose poundage in just four months. Of course his plan is only for the dedicated and definately not for the waffler. Discussed in the book additionally is how to have a healthy baby, how to have a healthy pet and how to help your plants be as nutritionally healthy as possible.....you'll love it. ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
