Before the Insta-Pot, there was... THE CROCK POT! Needless to say, this cookbook is a complete crock, full of useful information on using the Insta-Pot of the seventies. More crock than you can shake a pot at!!! ( )

Explains crock pot temperatures and use at the time the book was written. Has some good soup and main dish recipes. Also has bread recipes and explains how to cook bread in a crock pot. ( )
