Biography & Autobiography. Nonfiction. HTML:

For the first time, the New York Times bestselling PRINCESS books are available in one ebook.

IT ALL BEGAN WITH PRINCESS, called "Absolutely riveting..." by People Magazine.

The first book in this nonfiction trilogy describes the true life of Princess Sultana, a princess in the royal house of Saudi Arabia where she lives in a "gilded cage" with no freedom and no control over her own life.

The saga continues with PRINCESS SULTANA'S DAUGHTERS called "Another page turner..." by Publishers Weekly. DAUGHTERS continues the extraordinary story of Princess Sultana. Gripping and personal, DAUGHTERS recounts the lonely battle of a Princess who is attempting to secure freedoms for her daughters.

The third and last book completes the PRINCESS TRILOGY, called a "Political rallying cry...." by Publisher's Weekly. CIRCLE paints a horrifying reality for women of the desert kingdom. As Sultana battles for a life of dignity, she saves other women from servitude.

THE PRINCESS TRILOGY is the testimony of a woman of indomitable spirit and great courage.

You have never read a story like Sultana's, and you will never forget her or her Muslim sisters.

A New York Times bestseller, PRINCESS was named one of the 500 Great Books by Women since 1300. It was also an Alternate Selection of the Literary Guild and Doubleday Book Club and a Reader's Digest Selection.

It's amazing to me to see the blend of extreme wealth and total repression these women endure. And I do mean endure. They are no more than birds locked away in a gilded cage.

This was a fascinating view into the life of an Arabian Princess, and it's not very enviable. ( )

Very interesting series. I learned a lot about a part of the world that I've had limited exposure to. The writing wasn't amazing, it seemed a bit repetitive, but it kept me interested enough to finish all three books. ( )

It was an okay book. I read it because my neighbour said it would be an interesting read to find out more about the islamic way of life.

And indeed, I learned a lot. It was not entirely new to me what was told, but I was still impressed by all that I read. How even a princess in the higher social echelons is subject to the caprices of the men in her life. It makes me again feel so grateful that I was born and raised here. (Although here's not paradise either!!)

When I read the first part of the trilogy, I couldn't wait to read the rest. But, the more I read, the more I got a feeling that I had read enough. I got annoyed by the style or the story, or maybe both. I did read it till the end, but...I was glad I finished part 3. ( )
