This is the story of Julia who loses her husband suddenly and with it her will to live. The story is told from the point of view of her daughter Kati who is struggling to cope with the change in her mother from an energetic vital women to one who just wants to die, and is constantly on the verge of suicide. How does she cope and what effect does it have on her life. It looks at the difficult and not so much talked about areas of grief, suicide, aging and loss and ask the question at what point are you allowed to say Life is not worth living ( )
