There are some useful tips but by now this work is in fact a bit dated - three "little tricks" deal for example with the ideal communication when on the answering machine. I'd guess that in the end 20-30 of the 92 tricks are really useful, for which the book gets 4 stars. But one has to be taken away for style: This book is terribly written, as is unfortuanely true for most self-help literature coming from the US. I especially grew to hate these terrible little anecdotes from the 1990ies which inflate the text by an order of 2 and can be found for almost every of the 92 tricks. ( )

This book contains some good tips that it will be helpful to be more mindful about. And there are a few tricks that left me shaking my head. In audio form, I thought the author came across as overly bubbly. ( )

Disappointedly this is mainly aimed at business and networking, a couple of good general tips but unless you're a total sperged out shut-in there's not much here you won't know already - "listen to what others say" etc ( )

A useful collection of tips for social interactions. I found many of the tips in this book to be very helpful. ( )
