![]() Ingen Der er ingen diskussionstråde på Snak om denne bog. Upon the start of perimenopause, I did what I usually do when I want to understand something—go to the library. I was, however, sorely disappointed in my findings. I do not need to locate my inner goddess, reclaim my womanhood, or seize my power. I simply wanted a basic, easy to understand book that would outline what I might be able to expect over the next few years. While this is sadly a touch dated (2006), it was nevertheless exactly what I needed. I now feel knowledgable enough to know what health choices I may need to make and as prepared as might be reasonably expected to make them. ( ![]() ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
