( ) In all of the years that I have been an avid reader, there was only one book that bewitched me, until I read The French Gardener. It's been days since I have finished The French Gardener and I can't quit thinking about the characters. I haven't even been able to start a new book, partly because I don't want any other story to take it's place, and partly because I believe any other story is going to pale in comparison. It's going to be a while before I "get over it" and that's fine with me :) This book unfolds so beautifully....Jean Paul and Ava will steal your heart away. Santa Montefiore draws you into the garden and the lives of each character in a soft, cozy & comfortable way...before you know it, she has woven a spell around you and you become part of the family. It's simply Pure Magic!!! ps...the other book that bewitched me was....The Thornbirds...many years ago ;) ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
