Here is another book that little ones will enjoy. This book can easily be added to any child's bedtime routine. My little one looked at the pictures. And enjoyed hearing this story over and over again. I would recommend this to any parent that has itty bitties in the house. Being that it is a board book it can withstand a lot of abuse and it is short so only a few minutes are required to read a good book to your child. ( )

"The sun has set not long ago, now everyone must go below. To take a bath in one big tub, with soap all over--scrub, scrub, scrub!" I must have read this to my kids hundreds of times. Our favorite Boynton. ( )

This is a bedtime story that rhymes all the way through it. The different animals, such as an elephant, pig and rabbit all get ready for bed on a boat out in sea and start from bedtime beginnings to sleeping. They all “…take a bath in one big tub with soap all over-scrub scrub scrub”. They go through hanging up their towels and even “…go up to exercise when the moon is on the rise”. This is a great book that has fun while getting ready for bed.

This bedtime story is at the top of my list of bedtime reading for my little boy. The story line goes through the just-before-bed routine of a group of animals aboard a rocking ship. They bathe, put on pajamas, brush their teeth, exercise, and turn out the light before going to bed. Then, they rock to sleep beneath the moon and stars in their wooden boat. ( )
