Summary- This book talk about a duck growing up from birth two 6 weeks where their pretty much fully grown by then.
Critique- I think this book is a very good entry level book it has fun comparisons for kids to see the growth of the duck and it lays everything out in a simple non overwhelming way. I really liked the layout of this book. I would have this book in my classroom for children to read during independent reading time. Or I would use it if I do a lesson on ducks.

I find this book great because it shows how a small duck is before it hatches from the egg, all the way up to it is 6 weeks old and the pictures to go along with each week it grows. A very educational book and easy to read. ( )
