Including the short stories, The Happy Prince, The Selfish Giant, The Nightingale and the Rose, The Devoted Friend, and The Remarkable Rocket, Oscar Wilde's collection of children's tales is an interesting view of society from Oscar's view. I found it cute and interesting to discuss societies dos' and don'ts in the guise of children's stories. Each story has a useful moral of how one should act in public, and is usually helped along by a character who acts in the opposite manner. I found this book to be a little on the boring side for a young reader, who may have some of the humor poked at society go right over their head. Needless to say, this book is a collection of delights for you and old. ( ) ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
