Skinny rabbits are those things that divert our attention from the important things in live--leading us on chases down 'rabbit trails' that waste our energy. This book helps you identify your skinny rabbits and refocus your energies on whay you should really be chasing.
I was zonked after a long plane ride when I read this, so my recollections are a bit sketchy. He used the metaphor of a hunter throughout the book to illustrate what could happen if you strayed off the right path. The advice is mostly common sense advice--but things we need to be reminded of because human weakness often leads us down these false paths. Still it was nothing too spectacular or life-changing that I recall. If you like self-help books and what a quick boost of good advice this would be just your type of book. ( )

If you are exhausted and distracted this is the book for you. It is short and offers a variety of inspirations that can lead to a life of energy and happiness. ( )
