The conclusion of my favorite series and one of the best companion books for the series. I loved how Terry was able to bridge the gap between the two worlds that were spaced so far apart. (  ) Linyarai | Feb 16, 2020 | The Gypsy Morph is a good conclusion to the Genesis of Shannara series, and a good setup for the series that follows. Definitely worth reading if you have gotten to this point! Brook's writing late in the book, especially character dialogs, becomes a bit unnatural and mushy. I have seen this in a few other cases in other Terry Brook's novels, but it is only a minor annoyance that doesn't overly detract from the enjoyment of the world he has created and continues to expand. This is the third and final book in the Genesis of Shannara series and was as interesting as the original series. It didn't have as much action as some of his previous Shannara books but id did give a much better understanding of what the characters were experiencing during this time. I felt that there was a deeper understanding in the connections between the characters as well. I look forward to reading more of Brooks' work in the future.
